• feature specification and development
• bug fixing
• performance optimization
• feature ideation and design
• production platform support

Ideal experience

• experience in an early stage startup
• at least 3 years production development experience
• strong knowledge of core computer science best practices
• strong ruby and javascript expertise
• production react and rails experience
• computer science or similar technical degree from top university
• self motivated and proactive
• collaborative, positive attitude and team approach to development
• comfortable in a remote working culture
