Your Profile

• 3+ years of development experience with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
• Understanding of Rails best practices and conventions
• You know how to write maintainable CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with Haml, React, MySQL and Elasticsearch is a plus but not required
• Fluent English

Your Tasks

• Implement new features for Pexels with Rails, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Pexels is a single Rails application and we mainly use plain JavaScript in the front end.
• Identify bugs and bottlenecks, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help to improve our technology stack
• Take part in product decisions
• Build a product with an amazing user experience that makes millions of designers, writers and photographers happy
