At Hotjar, we’re building Behavior Analytics software for businesses of any size. We make it easy for them to go beyond traditional web analytics and understand what users are really doing on their site. As part of our Customer Experience team, you'll work with our Support Engineering team to improve the independence and efficiency of Hotjar team members across the company.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven Product Manager who is passionate about building user-centric solutions, someone who loves being part of a team, whilst enjoying the autonomous nature of working remotely.
You will:
Have end-to-end ownership of our internal products which include our administration system, debugging tools, and integrations into third-party services such as ZenDesk, Xero, and Google.
Collaborate with Hotjar's team to help plan and execute a strategy to improve our internal product portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as an agile product owner.
Collaborate with our Sales, Success, and Support teams to gather and compile story requirements according to agile best practices.
Speak with our internal users to understand their needs and success metrics.
Carry out experiments, measure the impact, and iterate to further progress towards company and team goals.
Requirements
Experience working in a product management role as part of a product-oriented company.
Experience managing the needs of internal stakeholders.
Experience working in or alongside Customer-facing teams.
Experience working in a modern cross-functional product team.
Experience with agile methodologies, with a focus on experimentation, lean thinking and quick iterations.
Comfortable speaking with members from all teams and all seniority and leadership levels
A care for great usability and aesthetics.
Mindset that always thinks MVP first.
Experience with how online SaaS businesses work.
Desire to work in a caring, transparent, and giving work environment, following Hotjar’s company values, culture and ways of working.

Compensation Range
The budgeted compensation range for this role is €55,000 to €75,000 annually. Ranges are based on market research and are equitable to other roles within Hotjar. The actual compensation offered will be based on relative experience. At this time we are only able to provide official employment status to those located in Malta, the UK, and Germany (for candidates who don’t require visa sponsorship). All other team members will join as full-time consultants and will be responsible for paying any taxes or applicable fees where they reside.
