We work 100% remotely from various cities and countries. We trust each other, so do not take screenshots of the screen, do not look through webcams and do not track printing on the keyboard, as many others do. Role:

The Technical Cloud Project Manager is a client-facing role. The PM’s responsibilities start from the moment a project is signed and until the engagement is complete and the project is successful. The position is a blend of Project Manager and Technologist.

• Manages client engagements from kickoff to delivery (USA, Canada, Europe)
• Monitors project dates, tasks, hours spent, risks, blockers & customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle
• Identifies scope changes from the original plan or agreement and escalates to the management team
• Works directly with Tech Leads and Directors to ensure project success
• Facilitates meetings and other communication, status reporting and takes meeting notes
• Manages customer expectations and meets clients face to face as needed
• Establishes and evolve processes of agile development team
• Plans team capacity and features roadmap together with the client
• Reviews Project Hours Reports for Accuracy, Detail, Correct Projects, Limits

Desired skills and experience:

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management / Engagement Management (preferably, SaaS platforms development)
• Experience with native cloud technologies (AWS or other vendors) is a must
• Consulting organization experience is highly preferred
• Highly preferable experience in at least one of the domains: Technical Leadership / Solution Architecture / Business Analysis (Product Ownership)
• Proficient in Project Scheduling and Project Life cycle best practices
• Expert in agile project management methodologies
• Experience in establishing scrum teams from a scratch and continuously looking for process improvements
• Solid experience working with Jira/Confluence (Jira admin preferable)
• Organized and motivated team player, with the ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Results oriented person with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• High level of English (C1-C2) oral and written is a must!
• Ability to overlap with PDT time zone (at least till 2-3 PM PDT)
