About the role
This is a dynamic role with a high emphasis on being self-motivated to solve the task at hand. There is no ‘typical day’ in the Systems team as new challenges arise daily. You will ensure that good decisions are being made and procedures are being followed. You will take ownership to identify and resolve any gaps in process or infrastructure. When services are interrupted, you will be responsive and restore functionality in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work closely with coworkers in our global offices and across multiple time zones on the constantly evolving mission to deliver the most reliable and robust systems in the industry. The team is constantly innovating and adopting new approaches to improve efficiency, automate repetitive work, and reduce manual tasks.
The Customer is a venture-funded, fintech company that provides integrated credit score and personal finance solutions to over 125 Credit Unions and Banks. The Customer’s solution provides a free credit score, report, and daily monitoring. Its pre-qualification offer engine displays targeted financial offers from the financial service partner based on the user’s credit score. The number of customers has significantly grown since 2018. In addition to receiving a strategic investment from publicly traded venture firm 1, the Customer entered into a partnership with the publicly-traded company 2 to power its credit score solution, The Solution, on 9 of its online banking platforms.
ClearScale has previously developed a multi-tenant AWS cloud-native SaaS platform for The Customer to power credit score and personal finance solutions. Clearsclae currently provides the following support for the application services:
