We’re looking for System Engineers,  motivated and open-minded professionals who will join our journey to personal and company growth! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate deployment of authoritative and recursive DNS servers all around the world
• Improve monitoring and reaction to incidents
• Together with other engineers develop service architecture, integrate and test new components and approaches
• Search for performance bottlenecks of the system in overall and especially our network
• Do capacity planning and improve efficiency of our resources usage

Required qualification & skills:

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux and networks
• Understanding of how internet works on a network level
• You have configured BGP previously and you know what is ASN and Anycast
• You are familiar with DNS, HTTP, TLS and CDN
• You can write bash and Python scripts and you like to automate routine tasks
• You are thrive to implement self-restoring systems
• You are reading RFCs in case you don't know how protocol works instead of trying to figure it out

Desired qualification & skills:

• You look only at IP addresses in dig output
• You have heard about DNS extensions and know where to find their descriptions
• You have worked with Quagga, Puppet, Ansible, ClickHouse, Prometheus, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL;
• You have some experience programming using Go/Python/C++/Rust
• Understand SRE principles
• Understand how to build data analysis pipelines
• Have experience with distributed systems and CAP is not just a three letters for you
